Welcome to the Spanish Lifestyle of taste !

Enjoy a fun and educational soiree while savouring delicious authentic tapas paired with unique wines from Spain. From cold to hot, from large to small, this evening of tapas has it all.

You will learn about each tapa; its origin and ingredients, before you bite into a range on new flavours and textures. Discover the culinary gems of Spanish cuisine across towns and cities while unveiling new destinations in the way. We’ll explore and taste ingredients from all over Spain and most importantly, how to indulge in the healthy Mediterranean culinary lifestyle. Discover destinations each bite at a time. Travel before you travel through Spanish food and wine.

What To Expect

All tapas will be home cooked and presented in different styles. Each creation will be paired with an expertly selected Spanish wine by a sommelier. Brief introduction to the wine and wine region will be also provided as well as full tapas menu for you to take home.

  • Nido de pisto con huevo de codorniz (Pisto nest with quail egg)
  • Tabla de ibericos ( Lomo, Jamon, y Morcilla). (Iberian meats board)
  • Croqueta de cerdo (Pig roast croquette).
  • Arroz cremoso de Manchego con setas al Amontillado (Creamy rice with Manchego cheese and local mushrooms with Amontillado sherry)
  • Pincho de Solomillo de cerdo con pimiento verde (Porkloin pincho with roasted green pepper and Payoyo cheese)
  • Flan de Azahar (Orange blossom flan)
