Designed by award winning interior designer, Dee De Kock, the Sunset Restaurant encompasses crisp colors of nautical blues, soft grey tones and white cladded walls and is decorated with black and white images – photographed by Dee herself. From a design focal point, the deep-buttoned chair furnishings complete the interior with a delightful splash of color.
Along with the restaurants new look, the hotel’s Peninsula Faces Bar and Lounge also boasts an eloquent refurbishment and is where diners can enjoy delectable light meals, afternoon teas and pre-drinks.
